Everything FedScope can do
The full list of FedScope tools, grouped by the job you are trying to get done.
This page is the reference list. It is organized by what you are trying to do, not by what we call things internally. Each tool links to its full guide.
FedScope is in beta
Everything listed here works today, but access is opening in stages and more is being added. If something is not on your account yet, it is coming.
Find the work
| Tool | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Opportunity search | Find open federal opportunities by plain-language keyword, type of work, agency, state, response window, or set-aside — a contract reserved for a certain kind of small business. Every result links to the official notice. |
| Award search | Look up contracts already awarded: the dollars obligated, the contract they ran under, and every change made to them. This is the raw material for researching an incumbent or sizing a market. |
| Dashboard | Where your markets are heading, who is buying right now, and what needs your attention. |
| Alerts and tracking | Set a standing watch on a market or a type of opportunity and get an email as matching notices appear. You can also pin companies you are tracking to your dashboard. |
| Weekly opportunity brief | Flag opportunities as you research, and FedScope drafts a decision-ready email for your leadership. Nothing sends until you approve it, and recipients answer pursue / discuss / pass on the record. |
Check out a company
| Tool | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Directory and company profiles | Every contractor's evidenced record: what they have won, which agencies buy from them, their corporate family, who they have primed for, and their set-aside history. |
| Award and contract dossiers | One page per contract or vehicle. The full history of changes, which vehicle an order rides on, and — for a vehicle — the orders placed and who is winning them. Where the money is actually flowing, traceable back to the official record. |
| Labor-rate benchmarks | Sanity-check a labor rate against hourly ceiling rates the government has actually awarded. |
| Regulatory watch | FAR and DFARS rule changes — the federal buying rulebooks — with comment deadlines and effective dates. |
Team up, and prove your record
| Tool | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Claiming and verification | Take control of your company's profile and earn the Verified badge. Free. |
| Past-performance vault | Store your performance evidence and share it with one company you have agreed to team with. Grants are logged, and you can take them back. |
| Partner matching | A ranked list of candidate partners for a need you describe. A match is a research lead, not an endorsement — see how FedScope decides. |
Stay compliant
| Tool | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Subcontracting compliance | An attainment worksheet with a live gap number, a good-faith-effort evidence log, and filing-ready exports. |
Ask from ChatGPT or Claude
The same core tools — search opportunities, find and vet partners, inspect the evidence, save partners, create watches — work from inside ChatGPT and Claude through the FedScope connector.
Your conversations and the app share one account. A partner you save in chat is on your list in the app. Private vault evidence is never part of general AI retrieval.
Every answer passes the hallucination shield first. If no record supports a claim, the claim is withheld — an unanswerable question comes back as "no evidence" rather than an invention.
